Forgot your password and reset your password

1. For the first login, please use the default password to log in. Please select the “Login” menu to complete the password change process after login.
2. If you have already logged in to the successful portal and completed the "Email" (non-school email)  setting, please select "Request Password" to submit the "Email Address" and go to the designated mailbox to complete the process of changing the password.
